Who is this course for?

This coaching program is designed for clients of the Employment Agency or Jobcenter who need support in entering or re-entering the German labor market.
It is particularly aimed at individuals with foreign professional qualifications who want to successfully integrate into the German job market and better understand local application standards.

This individual coaching supports migrants and people returning to the workforce in entering the German labor market.
Together with experienced coaches, participants work on qualification recognition, application strategies, and building professional contacts with employers and institutions.
