The WIECO Education Center GmbH was founded in April 2017 by Markus Wieseler and Ahmet Coban. Since January 2023, Markus Bodo Wieseler has been the sole Managing Director of the company.WIECO is an AZAV-certified educational provider offering training and coaching programs for professional reintegration since 2017 in Bad Ems and across Rhineland-Palatinate.
Our primary focus lies on vocational training in the hotel and gastronomy, housekeeping, and facility management sectors, as well as individual coaching for job seekers and migrants.Our mission is to support participants in gaining employment by combining practical skills, personalized guidance, and real-world experience.
We emphasize hands-on learning and personal development. Courses are conducted by instructors with extensive professional experience and are tailored to meet the needs of the local job market.Where required, we offer language support in German, helping participants strengthen their professional communication skills.
WIECO’s teaching staff includes experts from hospitality, facility management, and education, ensuring that participants benefit from both academic knowledge and practical insights.Our multilingual team provides additional support for participants with migration backgrounds to help them integrate successfully into the German labor market.
A major goal of WIECO is to help participants find sustainable employment.We achieve this through intensive coaching, job application training, and close collaboration with employers, employment agencies, and regional job centers.Our network of partner companies allows participants to gain practical experience and establish valuable connections for future employment.
