General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, trainings, coachings, further education courses and other services offered by WIECO GmbH, Wipsch 15, 56130 Bad Ems.
Deviating or supplementary agreements shall only apply if they have been confirmed in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Registration for a programme or training may be made in writing, by email, or online via the website.

The contract is concluded upon written confirmation by WIECO GmbH.

There is no entitlement to participation; WIECO GmbH reserves the right to reject registrations without stating reasons.

4. Services of WIECO GmbH

The programmes, coachings and further trainings are provided in accordance with the respective current course descriptions.

WIECO reserves the right to make content-related, scheduling or organisational changes (e.g., change of instructors, adaptation to legal requirements) provided the overall character of the programme is preserved.

WIECO GmbH is AZAV-certified and conducts educational measures in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Employment Agency and the Jobcenter.

5. Participation Requirements

Participants must meet the prerequisites specified in the respective course description.
For programmes funded via education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) or AVGS, a valid voucher must be presented.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

For participants with an education voucher or AVGS, no costs arise, as the funding is provided by the Employment Agency or the Jobcenter.

For self-payers, course fees are payable according to the invoice and the stated payment due date.

All prices include the statutory VAT.

7. Withdrawal and Termination

Cancellation of participation must be made in writing.

If cancellation is received more than 14 days before the start of the course, no costs are incurred.

In the event of later cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee may be charged if the place cannot be allocated elsewhere.

WIECO GmbH reserves the right to cancel courses for organisational reasons (e.g., insufficient number of participants, force majeure). Fees already paid will be refunded in full in such cases.

8. Proof of Participation / Certificate

After successful participation and fulfilment of the requirements, participants receive a certificate or confirmation of participation issued by WIECO GmbH.

9. Liability

Participation in trainings and coachings is at the participant’s own responsibility.

WIECO GmbH is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

No liability is accepted for items or valuables brought by participants.

10. Data Protection

WIECO GmbH processes personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

11. Copyright

All documents, scripts, presentations and teaching materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, stored electronically or passed on to third parties without the prior written consent of WIECO GmbH.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Amendments or supplements to these terms must be made in writing.

German law applies.

Place of jurisdiction—where legally permissible—is Koblenz.
